Once you report a maintenance issue, an e-mail will be sent to our maintenance team. They will then assess the urgency of the job, and contact the appropriate contractor to fix the problem. Once a contractor has been assigned and a date set for the problem to be solved, it will be updated on the maintenance site. You can view updates on the status of the repair via this site at any time, so you will always know when your maintenance issue will be solved.

 

There is an online manual, instructing you how to use this system. It is a very quick and simple system to use. Please follow the instructions given, and you can then report any issues you may have with your house.
