Egypt - An Investment Opportunity
At CXG we regularly monitor the property market both at home and abroad looking for investment opportunities for both ourselves and our clients. As both attenders and contributors to national property shows and exhibitions we find that our own courses are becoming increasingly popular and well subscribed.
As a result we receive a number of approaches from national and overseas developers that we carefully evaluate. It does seem that Egypt is increasingly being seen as a development 'hot spot' and following a recent visit to Hurghada we feel that we can commend two of the developments that we visited.
Hurghada is a front line beach resort in Northern Egypt which enjoys sunshine and warm climate 365 days of the year. Easyjet flights from Gatwick to Hurghada at around £200 return provide easy access for holiday and long term visits.
With the continuing uncertainty for investors in the UK property market until next year's general election we know that an increasing number of investors are looking overseas to enrich their portfolios. In these developments with properties ranging from £25k to £300k and excellent projected yields and the security of guaranteed rental returns we feel that a number of CXG clients could be interested. We have taken an option on two apartments at the moment and may consider more.
